      Java and Google Chrome Issue:

        To use these calculators, please use Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Safari web browsers

        Google Chrome no longer supports the technology required for that Java applets that these calculators require.

        The Java plug-in for web browsers relies on the cross platform plugin architecture NAPI, which has been supported by all major web browsers for over a decade.
        Google's Chrome version 45 ended the support for NPAPI, impacting plugins for the STEAM SPECIALTY CALCULATORS.

        If you have problems accessing Java applications using Chrome, Oracle recommends using Microsoft Edge (Windows) or Safari (Mac OS X) instead.

        Java - Adding Sites to Exceptions List:

        There are two changes that may be required to use Java applications as a result of the Java 7 update 51 release.

        After updating to Java 7 update 51 or later, you may need to make a few changes to get it working with certain applications. The first of these changes is to set the security
        level to High. The second change is to add the https://rcwapp.xyleminc.com/ URL to the exception list. Both of these changes can be done in the Java Control panel.

        Setting the Java Security Level and adding the URL to the Exception List

        1. Go to the Java Control Panel: ...
        2. Navigate to the Security Tab. ...
        3. Press the 'Edit Site List' button to get the dialog that will allow you to add the https://rcwapp.xyleminc.com/ URL to the Exception Site List.
